Hero In Our Midst

Richfield and SD63 are home to a hero that raised the first flag at Iwo Jima. As anyone who watched a little TV knows, today was the 60th anniversary of the event. I salute Charles Lindberg and all his brothers and sisters who served so valently during WWII and all other conflicts. My kids may hate me for it when they are young, but make no mistake about it, they will read and learn about the sacrifices of people like this man. UPDATE: Check this out.
