7:02pm - Congressman Phiney is the keynote speaker and he is on stage now. 7:47pm - They are now going to hand out the straw poll ballots. 7:50pm - Rod Grams is speaking and he received a very warm welcome from delegates that still remain in the hall. He is ready to get dirty and end the deficit spending. He says he was born, lived and will retire in the 8th district. 8:20pm - The bloggers row is almost empty and there is only one MSM writer left from the AP. The others are at the hospitality suites or bars.
