Sabo Against Private Property Rights?

2006 Elections, Federal Hat tip to ARUC on his post regarding CD5's Rep. Sabo voting against HR4128, the Private Property Rights Protection Act of 2005. Remember this act is the answer to the disaster known as the Kelo decision. ARUC is seeking an explanation for the vote. If he get's an answer and posts I'll link to it.
