It's all about issues affecting (and life in) the Minnesota State Senate district 63.
I disagree and I'll use this quote to make my point.

Judicial
C-SPAN, KOS and ConfirmThem were overloaded as the cloture vote was happening. I do not have a link to any final numbers, but according to people watching on C-SPAN 70 or 71 voted for Cloture. The KOSsacks are not happy.
